Care Instructions

• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle — no hand-washing required
• Tumble dry on low heat — do not use high heat settings, which degrade the elastane and cooling fabric performance over time
• Do not iron directly on the fabric — elastane and performance nylon are heat-sensitive
• Do not dry clean
• Do not bleach or use fabric softener — softener coats the moisture-wicking fibres and permanently reduces cooling performance
• Wash with similar colours on first wash to prevent any colour transfer to light garments
• Do not wring or twist to remove excess water — press gently between a towel and lay flat briefly if needed before tumble drying
• Avoid applying body lotion, oils, or self-tanner to the inner thigh area before wearing if you prefer to keep the fabric clean — oils transfer to the fabric over time and can reduce the freshness of the gusset lining
• Store flat or folded — no special storage required

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging when possible

For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying on garments over underwear. Hexalty reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

For customers within the European Union, statutory cancellation and return rights remain applicable in accordance with EU regulations.
